Lansdowne Green are an appointed delivery partner of Kingspan TEK, who manufacture and erect SIPs structures for both domestic and commercial in the South East of England.

Lansdowne design team have 50 years’ experience in the construction industry, and specialise is SIP design. All design work is carried out in house and all members are directly contactable throughout the process.
Lansdowne project managers, provide a point of contact throughout the construction period. Regular site visits will be carried out to ensure deliveries, progress are on track as per programme and quality of installation is up to our strict quality standards. Safe working methods will also be checked on site regularly to ensure safety of all site staff and visitors.
Our dedicated fleet in the South of England delivers SIPs panels to you
We carry out site specific RAMS for all our construction projects. All our operatives are first aiders and continuous safety training is provided to all operatives.
Dedicated factory manufacturing house kits off site, erected on site extremely quickly by our fully trained SIPs erection team.
In house training is provided by our project managers, including on-site training and quality checks.
Advantages of the Kingspan TEK SIP building system
Excellent over all thermal performance with low U values, reduced thermal bridging and excellent air tightness, these combined will reduce the need for additional measures such as PV’s, ground/air source heat pumps.
TEK system has a suite of Psi Values for the non-repeat junctions with the majority being better than Accredited Construction details.
Less reliant on follow on trades to achieve the above as within the fabric of the structure.
