    • Lansdowne Green receive signed order and deposit to cover prelim design and engineering

    • Design review

    • Preparation of loads, as well as load bearing walls

    • Preparation of plans, section & elevations

    • Client comments 

    • Amend as required 

    • Client approval

    • Confirm delivery date 

    • Client prepares site ready for Lansdowne Green’s arrival

    • Finalise engineering 

    • Finalise design for manufacture 

    • Pass to Factory for manufacture and kit preparation

    • Firm up delivery date 

    • Cut and manufacture panels 

    • Make up kits 

    • Prepare for delivery

    • Check site dimensions for accuracy 

    • RAMS 

    • Erection

    • Sign off 

    • Completion certificates 

    • Liaise with other contractors as required
